Ultra Ball Valve
Product Overview
A Ball Valve is a quarter-turn shut-off valve that uses a rotating spherical ball with a bore through its center to control the flow of liquids, gases, and other process media. When the bore is aligned with the pipeline, flow is permitted; when rotated 90 degrees, the flow is completely blocked. Ball valves are known for their excellent sealing performance, low operating torque, quick operation, and minimal pressure drop. They are widely used in oil and gas, petrochemical, water treatment, power generation, and industrial process applications where reliable isolation and tight shutoff are required. Available in floating ball and trunnion-mounted designs, ball valves can be operated manually or automated using pneumatic, electric, or hydraulic actuators.
